(Fig. 1) / 17 (41927) II
The invention relates to a storage rack for hanging goods and a shelf operating device for storing and retrieving the hanging goods with shelf rails for hanging the hanging goods provided with a hook and with a load-carrying means which can be moved from shelf rail to shelf rail with the aid of the shelf operating device. and has a movable lifting bar for the hooks of the hanging goods.
In the case of storage racks for clothes hanging on clothes hangers, it is known (EP 2 436 617 A1) to provide a gripper for storing and retrieving the clothes, which is arranged on a telescopic arm of a load-carrying device of a rack operating device and has clamping plates for gripping the clothes hooks. For this purpose, the rack rails holding the clothes hangers must run parallel to the rack aisle for the rack operating device, so that multiple rack rails cannot be provided one behind the other in the direction of loading and unloading. In addition, only one item of clothing can be stored or removed using the gripper, which also means that the weight loads of the gripper must be transferred to the load suspension device via the telescopic arm.
In order to be able to store and retrieve several hanging goods at the same time, it has already been proposed (AT 516 612 A4) to arrange the hooks of the hanging goods on the rack rails in the direction of loading and unloading and the telescopic arm of the load-carrying means, which can be extended parallel to the rack rails, with a swivel-in between the hanging goods Carrier to be provided so that with the aid of the pivoted-in driver, the hanging goods located between the driver and the load-carrying device can be pushed off the shelf rail / 17 and pushed onto a receiving rail of the load-carrying device. The weight of the hanging goods is taken up by the shelf rails or the mounting rail of the load handler. Correspondingly arranged drivers of the telescopic arm can be used to push hanging goods from the mounting rail of the load suspension device onto the rack rails in the opposite direction. The main disadvantage is that the sliding friction between the hooks of the hanging goods and the shelf rails or the mounting rail of the load suspension device causes considerable wear.
Finally, so that several items of clothing can be stored and retrieved at the same time and, on the other hand, friction-related wear is avoided, it is known (DE 37 35 607 C1) to lift off the items of clothing suspended on shelf rails parallel to the shelf aisle with the aid of a lifting bar, which is attached to one of the load suspension devices in the Height is arranged after the pivotable telescopic arm. To store the items of clothing, the lifting bar engages under the free hook ends of the hangers and lifts them off the shelf rails by pivoting the telescopic arm so that the items of clothing whose hangers are gripped by the lifting bar can be fed through the telescopic arm together to the load handler. Apart from the fact that due to the arrangement of the rack rails parallel to the rack aisle, it is not possible to arrange several rack rails one behind the other in the storage and retrieval direction, the entire load of the items of clothing picked up by the lifting bar must be transferred to the load suspension device via the support arm.
The invention is therefore based on the object of designing a storage rack for hanging goods with a storage and retrieval device for storing and retrieving the hanging goods in such a way that, with good use of the storage space, several hanging goods can be stored and retrieved at the same time without the loads arising from the hanging goods from telescopic arms have to be removed from the load handler.
Starting from a storage rack and a storage and retrieval device of the type described at the outset, the invention achieves the object in that the rack rails running in the in 3/17 and outfeed direction are parallel, load-bearing
Shelf guides for a sled are assigned by a conveyor from
Load suspension device can be pushed out into the shelf guides and has the lifting bar and a lifting device for the lifting bar.
As a result of these measures, the shelf rails receiving the hanging goods are assigned to shelf guides for a slide comprising the lifting bar, the loads on the lifting bar are transferred via the slide to the respective shelf guide and thus to the storage rack, so that the conveyor for the slide is freed from these loads and therefore only needs to exert corresponding pulling and pushing forces on the slide, the travel of which is therefore not limited by the loads to be absorbed. The conveyor can thus be moved by the conveyor along the rack rail into a take-over or transfer position in order to lift the hooks of the hanging goods suspended in the area of the lifting bar from the rack rail by means of the lifting bar and to use the sled to transfer them to the load-carrying means or those suspended on the lifting bar Transfer hanging goods to the shelf rail by lowering the lifting bar.
Particularly simple design relationships result with regard to the shelf guides if the shelf rails of U-shaped cross section form the shelf guides for the sled of the load handling device, because in this case separate shelf guides are omitted and the lifting bar engages under the hooks resting on the two legs of the U-shaped shelf rail in the middle ,
Due to the removal of the load on the lifting bar caused by the hanging goods via the slide on the shelf guides, there are simple design options for the conveyor, for example in the form of a shear-resistant pulling means that engages the slide and can be pushed out into the shelf guides, via which only tensile and shear forces are exerted the carriage must be transferred to either pull or push it in the shelf guides. A push chain is particularly suitable as a shear-resistant traction means, but this is not mandatory. Any traction device that can be unilaterally unrolled via the sufficient / 17
Thrust forces can be transmitted to move the sled loaded with the hanging goods, is suitable for conveying the sled. The fact that the traction device can be rolled on one side allows a space-saving traction device storage on the load handling device, so that a conveyor length that exceeds the width of the shelf aisle can be provided, which is a prerequisite for operating correspondingly long shelf rails.
If the load handler is mounted so that it can be rotated around a vertical axis, the load handler, which has only one slide, can be used to operate the shelf rails on both sides of a storage aisle and can be connected in any direction to a transfer and transfer device for the goods to be stored and removed. Because of the light construction, it is also entirely possible to provide a separate slide for each shelf side or to arrange several load suspension devices on one shelf operating device.
In particular in the event that the shelf rails form the shelf guides, a comparatively low overall height of the lifting device for the lifting bar must be ensured. Advantageous conditions for a low overall height result in connection with a simple actuation of the lifting device if the lifting movement of the lifting bar is generated by a horizontal relative movement between the lifting bar and a longitudinal member of the slide which can be moved along the shelf guides. In this case, deflection gears distributed over their length can be provided between the longitudinal member and the lifting bar, which not only ensure uniform support of the lifting bar, but are also actuated with the relative movement between the longitudinal bar and lifting bar. Simple design conditions result in this context if the lifting device has adjusting wedges distributed over the length of the lifting bar.
The subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing, for example. Show it

Fig. 4 shows a variant of the carriage with the lifting bar in a simplified diagram and the

According to FIG. 1, on both sides of a rack aisle 1 a storage rack 2 with rack rails 3 running transversely to the aisle direction in the loading and unloading direction is provided, on which the hanging goods 4 are suspended with the aid of hooks 5. The hanging goods 4 can be pieces of clothing, but also hangable containers for different stored goods.
The shelf operating device 7, which can be moved on rails 6 in shelf aisle 1, has a height-adjustable load suspension device 8, which is moved from shelf rail 3 to shelf rail 3 for storing and retrieving the hanging goods 4. The load-carrying means 8 comprises a slide 9 which can be extended by means of a conveyor 10 in shelf guides 11 which run parallel to the shelf rails 3 and are preferably formed by the shelf rails 3 which are U-shaped in cross section, as can be seen in FIGS. 2a and 2b can.
The carriage 9 has a longitudinal beam 12 and a lifting bar 13, which can be shifted in height by means of a lifting device 14. In the lowered position of the lifting bar 13, the hooks 5 of the hanging goods 4 resting on the free longitudinal legs of the rack rails 3 are passed under, as shown in FIG. 2a, after the lifting bar 13 has been raised, the hooks 5 from the rack rails 3 into the working position 2b. In this working position, the hanging goods 4 picked up by the lifting bar 13 can be moved out of the storage rack 2 onto the load suspension means 8 by the slide 9. The load caused by the hanging goods 4 is removed via the slide 9 on the shelf guides 11 formed by the shelf rails 3 on the storage rack 2, in which the shelf rails 3 are / 17
Carrier profiles 15 are attached load-bearing. The shelf rails 3 have in
Contact area of the hook 5 preferably securing the rotational position of the hook 5
Recesses or clicks on.
In order to ensure a low overall height, the lifting device 14 can advantageously comprise deflection gears distributed over the length of the lifting bar 13, which can be acted upon in the direction of the shelf guides 11. In Fig. 3, a carriage 9 is shown with deflection gears in the form of wedge gears. The carriage 9 is supported on the rack guides 11 in a load-bearing manner by way of rollers 16 mounted on the longitudinal member 12. In order to reduce friction, idler rollers 17 are also mounted in the longitudinal beam 12 and interact with the adjusting wedges 18 associated with the lifting bar 13. For the relative movement of the lifting bar 12 with respect to the longitudinal member 12, an electric drive 19 is provided, which is connected to the conveyor 10 in a thrust-resistant manner and drives an adjusting drive 20 designed as a spindle drive, which displaces the longitudinal member 12 in the direction of the shelf guide 11. Since the lifting bar 13 is connected to the drive 19 in a tension-proof manner by a link 21, an adjustment of the longitudinal beam 12 away from the conveyor 10 means that the caster wheels 17 undermine the wedges 18 and thereby the lifting bar 13 is raised relative to the longitudinal beam 12, without itself To be shifted towards the shelf guide 7, which is important in relation to an exact positioning of the lifting bar 13 relative to the hanging goods 4 to be accommodated. The energy supply to the electric drive 19 and its control is ensured by a cable harness 22 guided along the conveyor 10, but can also be achieved by an energy store provided in the area of the electric drive 19.
Since no loads have to be removed via the conveyor 10, the conveyor 10 can advantageously be designed as a shear-resistant traction means 23, for example as a push chain, which, however, is not mandatory. It is only necessary to ensure that with the aid of the traction means 23 that can be rolled on one side and that can be rolled on one side, the slide 9 with and without the hanging goods 4 can be moved along the shelf guides 11 under a thrust load of the traction means 23, which in general means that the traction means 23/17 is in a push-limited position
Ί conditional. A conventional roller chain can also be used as a shear-resistant traction means 23 if it is guided in a straight line along the shelf guide 11 by positive locking.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 4, the deflection gears are designed as conventional wedge gears with adjusting wedges 24 assigned to both the longitudinal beam 12 and the lifting bar 13. The wedge gears can be driven in the same way as the deflection gears according to FIG. 3. However, it does not depend on the type of actuator 20, because only a corresponding relative movement between the longitudinal member 12 and lifting bar 13 in the direction of the shelf guides 11 has to be ensured.
5a, the load-carrying means 8 is first aligned relative to the shelf rail 3 with the hanging goods 4 to be outsourced so that the slide guide on the side of the load-carrying means 8 is aligned with the selected shelf rail 3. In this alignment position, the carriage 9 can be extended by the conveyor 10 into the shelf rail 3 which also forms the shelf guide 11 until the lifting bar 13 comes to rest under the hook 5 of the hanging goods 4 to be removed. The extension of the slide 9 into the rack rail 3 is shown in FIG. 5b.
When the lifting device 14 is actuated, the hanging goods 4 to be removed are lifted off the shelf rail 3 and moved with the slide 9 from the area of the shelf rail 3 onto the load-carrying means 8. To store hanging goods 4, the procedure is reversed.
In order to be able to operate the storage racks 2 on both sides of the rack aisle 1, the load suspension means 8 can be pivoted about a vertical axis 25 or the load suspension means 8 can be provided with a plurality of slides 9 each connected to a conveyor 10.
